9th annual Feed the Need, hosted by Baker and Emily Mayfield at TownHall

It's that time of year. With Thanksgiving on Thursday, TownHall hosted its ninth annual "Feed the Need," which was once again hosted by Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield and his wife and 3News contributor, Emily Mayfield.

From 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Baker and Emily, as well as a host of special guests, served nearly 4,000 free turkey dinners to families in need.

“TownHall has hosted Feed the Need for the last eight years and is proud to continue supporting the local community," says TownHall owner Bobby George. "This event is the highlight of our year."

Over the past nine years, nearly 35,000 meals have been distributed. The special guests amongst the list distributing meals in the past have been Mayfield, Denzel Ward, UFC champ Stipe Miocic, Myles Garrett, Dwyane Wade and many more notable names.

This year, TownHall expanded their annual event with an event catered to Columbus residents, as well. Aside from the Feed the Need drive, TownHall continues to impact their surrounding communities by launching an outerwear upcycling program.
